The Lunar Pendant Ch 5They soon reached the top to see Aria standing there, red in the face, waiting for them. Her shoulder length blond hair was in a ponytail, and it looked strange next to Skye and Thorn’s brown hair, and Helena’s black hair.  “Where HAVE you BEEN?!?!” she whined. “Come on Helena, do your thing because we have a surprise for youuuuu!” she sang out the last word, so Helena knew this was going to be a LONG night. She looked around at the familiar platform. It was the highest area, and the roofs of the other shacks around were barely visible through the branches. The Lunar Pendant Ch 4Helena was walking around, checking work, greeting visitors, and listening to gossip when she heard a high pitched screech, interrupting the dull murmurs of the Meeting Place and frightening a few birds from their perches. Rage’s bird, a red tailed hawk, made a sound of annoyance, and Helena’s bird, a raven, cocked her head in amusement as a person swooped down from a swinging vine and smacked right into Helena.  
“HELLLLEEEEEENNNNNAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!” yelled the person in delight.  Helena lifted her head up to see Thorn’s happy face staring back at her  “It’s good to see you too, Thorn. But…uh….do you think you could get off me?” The Lunar Pendant Ch 4

After a long vacation from dA I have finally returned to kick some art ass! Except my scanner still doesn't work and I still can't find my jump drive....

P.S.-If anyone could tell me why my stamps don't work, I would be eternally grateful (sice they haven't worked for MONTHS, and SOMEONE *cough*DA*cough cough* refuses to answer my desperate cries for help)
